Evil’s Arrogance

Today’s focus is on this election between Donald Trump and Joe Biden for the office of the President of the United States and while I cannot say that it is not something we should not be focused upon, there are other things going on behind the scenes of this that we refuse to recognize or choose to just simply ignore.

Many claim that it is a fight between Democrat and Republican, Liberal and Conservative, the Right and the Left, the Right and the Wrong but that is not the truth, as I see it.  It is and always will be the fight between Good and Evil.

This battle has been waging since the beginning of time and it is a never-ending war.  It is a battle that will be and must be fought every day of our mortal existence.  It is one that will never have clear winners and losers because if just a few of us fail to achieve victory in this war, we all fail.  This is not a battle to save the soul of a country, a nation, a world, or a universe.  It is the battle to save the soul of the essential element needed to power this country, this nation, this world, or this universe.  It’s a war to save the soul of man, woman, and child.

For those of us who already know this, we embark upon a journey to stand before many and proclaim the word of God as if we are the only ones who knows what God wants, what God likes, and what God needs but only a fool and a hypocrite will try and tell you these things for none can speak for God except for one and it happens to be his one and only child.  It is written that Jesus said to please your God there are but two things you need to do.  The first is to believe with all your heart, mind, body, and soul that Jesus is Lord and the second is to treat others as you wish to be treated.  Anything less than this cannot endure you to receiving everlasting life.  We must stop attempting to avoid cleaning up our own house by claiming that we are too busy trying to show others how to clean up theirs.

Be the guardian of your own soul instead of trying to be the protector of everyone else’s.  Regardless of how you slice it, you will never save others from anything, unless they are willing to save themselves and often the biggest monster we overlook when trying to rescue ourselves is ourselves.  A soul becomes lost when it is inundated with evil and evil becomes the controlling force behind every decision made, action taken, and even the choice of inaction.   The best judge of whether something is evil is never the ones who observe the event but the ones who performs those acts.  What may be evil in your eyes may not be evil in mine and this fact does not make either the other’s enemy, what it does is present a golden opportunity for both of us to learn something from the other if we could ever find the courage to simply talk to and listen to each other.  The very fact that we find it hard to sit down and listen to someone who disagrees with us is all the proof we need that this is exactly what we should do.  Make no mistake, we all are but a hiccup away from becoming that evil we protest too much about, so instead of pointing out others evil ways, let’s spend that time making sure that we are not emulating those ways.

If we can do this for just a few minutes per day, we may be surprised as just how much better this world shall become for this world was not ours to save because it was not us who created it.  God created all this, and he will ensure it survives long after the age of man is over.  He gave us one job to do and few are even willing to admit that we are failing at it.  That one job was to watch over and take care of the most precious of all treasures and that is our very own souls.  Because no matter how many times we claim to care about others and the health of this nation, if we are failing to safeguard that one true treasure, we are failing to glorify God who entrusted us with its care.

Know this, when it comes to evil, it is not a democrat thing, a Republican thing, a Liberal thing, or a Conservative thing.  It is a human thing, a mortal thing, and a fact of existence that plagues all who live and breathe.  Know that evil will not and cannot ever allow happiness to live within its world because with love comes forgiveness and with forgiveness comes love.  Evil is the epitome of hate and hate is the direct opposite of love and neither can exist within the same space.  They can exist side by side however which makes that thin line between the two so easy to cross.  If you prefer evil over goodness please be ready to accept and live with the fact that you will never know real happiness.  It is written, that the Bible said that Jesus explained that you cannot serve two masters for you will adore one and hate the other, so which ever one you choose to follow please make sure that you have included in your calculations the possible results of your decision.

Bottom line, no one can punish those of evil ways better than God can, which may explain why it is written that vengeance is mine sath the Lord, so I ask all who read this to pray for them and forgive them for their transgression against you, if you can.  I am not saying that you must forget, but when you forgive, you clean out those dark and potential evil clouds within  your own soul and that is far more important than maintaining some grudge, at least I think so but then I could be wrong and it is the choice of each of us to choose which direction we wish to take our lives.  Either direction you choose to travel, know that you will never travel it alone, for God will always be with you and so will the rest of us because when one fail, we all fail.
