For as long as I can remember people have been trying to convince us that there is a real difference in religion.  The Catholics wishes us to believe that they have the inside track to gaining access into heaven as well as the Baptist, Lutherans, Jehovah Witnesses, Seventh Day Evangelist and so on.  Each one presents a policy or guidelines that we may embrace and then a decision is made.  The same can now be said by those who follow the Islamic Religion or Muslim.  They all carry the same consistent theme but instead of celebrating this fact, each of them wants us to believe that the others are bad and only they can offer us that clear path.  They are all wrong and in this article I will attempt to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, that there is only one God and there is only one true religion guaranteed to grant any of us access through that golden gate. You may recall the story of Jesus where the Pharisees were lying to the people and the kings saying that he was violating the Laws of Moses which at that time was and still remains today as the law of the land.  This was the excuse that they used to not only beat, torture, and kill all of God’s prophets and messengers sent before Jesus but the exact same premises that they used to murder Christ as well.  What they did not care to try and understand was that Moses was just a man sent by God to deliver those laws, teach them in his name and set the example by which they should live.  This was the first convent and only after the other prophets and messengers were slain by their hands, did God see reason to send to us his only son to deliver unto us a second convent.  These so-called religious experts and their followers were blinded by Satan and could not see Jesus for who he really was and they refused to listen when Jesus explained to them that he was not here to vi...

Yesterday I was quite dismayed to learn that one of our largest states within this United States of America has reduced the number of abortion clinics from 44 to less than 20.  I found that disturbing because I was wondering who or what entered the minds and heads of those in charge to believe that they had the power to dictate the actions of others  minus rules and laws designed to prevent the loss of life.  I wondered where in the heck was the mother, sisters, daughters, aunts and grandmothers who sit idly by and watched this happened.  I wondered where were the “real” men who stood by and allowed another person to take away the rights of his wife, mother, daughter, aunt or grandmother.  I wondered this because unless I am sadly mistaken, if you take all of the rich folks and placed them on one side of the road, then take all of the rest of us and placed us on the other side, the rich would never have as much voice, power or influence as we would. According to Deborah Charles of Reuter’s article titled Evangelical leaders back Santorum “at a weekend meeting at a ranch outside Houston, Texas, the group of 150 conservatives agreed on the third ballot to support the former Pennsylvania senator.”   Now to truly understand what this really mean as far as the Republican nomination process, we first need to understand the definition of Evangelism. The free dictionary describes it in two different forms.   Both are nouns but the distinction is whether it is spelled with a small “e” or large one.   Small “e” evangelist is defined “any zealous advocate of a cause” which may explain why they seemed more interested in pushing their agenda than teaching God’s word.   Big “e” evangelism is defined as “any of the writers of the New Testament Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John” which explains why this definition appears to not be relevant to this topic because none of those leaders are any one of those authors. All of us should have heard the saying “Bless it are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called “the Children of God”.   If you have not heard or read this then it has been a failure of those before you to educate you on what that means.   It’s the only clear definition of God’s expectation of us while so many others can be gleamed and interpreted but is not so clear. It does not say that any specific religion is the children of God nor does it say that any particular color, creed, or sex is the child of God.   The Bible tells us that we all are God’s children yet we divide ourselves into these groups each claiming more of a connection.   Labels are those definitions we place upon ourselves and do not reflect the wishes of anyone but ourselves.   You decide to worship in a particular way so your gravitate toward those who share your vision of religion but that, by no means, prove that you are any closer to God than someone who choose to worship in another ma...
