Republican Party adds credence to the label “The Angry Black Man”

Since Mitt Romney won the Republican Party nomination for President, we have heard nothing but negative comments on the job being performed by Obama.  There were negative comments before but not as often as they have been lately.  Also present are the assist that the Romney campaign is receiving from outside groups and those who seem to have a burning desire to hate this president.

The label “angry black man” is what was expected by those who view this president as less than they are but the more they attack him both professionally and personally, they can not seem to get him to react in that manner.  So many may now be wondering why I say that the GOP has given credence to this label, I ask you to consider this.

Many from the minority groups have been demanded an equal playing field and claiming that they are always at a disadvantage.  Image doing and following every rule established to get ahead only after accomplishing them do you find that there have now been several more added.  You roll up your sleeves and get to work again to overcome this second round of obstacles only to find that there has now been another group established.  Now you are feeling like nothing you do and playing by the rules means nothing and offers nothing.

The GOP accomplishes this now by not only failing to trust the public with their economic secrets but also attempting to restrict voting of those who may vote for their opposition.  Paul Ryan described extremism as the use of intimidation and if that is the case one needs to ask if that applies to those taking away a women’s right to decide what happens to her own body.  How can this be and when will those in support wake up and demand better, only God knows.  Dick Cheney says that Obama is damaging our military might by cutting the military but were there not cuts in the military when there were troop reductions and base closures?  If Mitt Romney can not win this election on his own and man to man without the new voting rules and anything else that they can conjure up, what does that say about a level playing field?  Maybe the label “angry black man” should be changed to reflect the temperature of today as “angry middle class man”.
