Panning for Palin

The field of Republicans seeming to be on the edge of throwing their hats into the ring have nothing to fear from Sarah Palin, what they should have fear of is making themselves so far right that they could never recover enough to win any kind of general election.

According to the article by Mark Felsenthal of Reuters titled Palin a no-show for fans wanting Gettysburg view, “Sarah Palin has found a new way to keep her political faithful guessing.  The Republican vice presidential candidate in 2008 is on a tour of historic sites on the East Coast, renewing speculation she might be testing the waters for a presidential bid in 2012.  A photo on her website late on Sunday showed the closing words of the Gettysburg Address delivered by President Abraham Lincoln after the 1863 battle. That was taken as a hint.”

I wish the media would stop taking up air about everything this lady does because if she was serious about caring about this country, she would be making stops to help bring a message to the nation.  Not a message of negativity but of positivity.  All of the Americans spending their hard earned money to see her but wait so long not to even get a glimpse are an act from a person who cares about no one but themselves.  Sarah Palin is using the millions of dollars collected from people who want to believe in her to give her family a bus tour of America on their dime.  Add up all of the money being used to taxi her around and ask yourself, could not those dollars be better used to help many others keep their homes or create a small business financing center.  If we all can not agree that those who really care about this nation needs to start acting like it and stop these selfish acts claiming to care more about this country than anyone else.
