Evidence of why International law needs expedited Capital Punishment

If anyone is looking for a reason to push expedited death sentences, here is two stories which I believe would prove you all of the evidence you need.  The taking of a life outside of war already have it’s detractors but when the life of children, the robbing of innocence is the result, violators should not pass go and should not collect $200.

The first is an Associated Press article titled Australian kills daughter after Facebook threat in which is reported that “an Australian man wrote on his Facebook page he was "bout to kill ma kid" minutes before repeatedly stabbing his two-year-old daughter and leaving her to die, court papers revealed Wednesday.  Details of the case emerged when Ramazan Acar pleaded guilty in Melbourne Magistrates Court to killing Yazmina Acar in November 2010.  Documents tendered to the court showed that Acar made the comment on the social networking site Facebook, also describing it as "pay bk (back)" for the girl's mother, his former partner Rachelle D'Argent.”  It was further reported that he “told police he wanted to kill himself as well but "did not have the balls".

The next is also an Associated Press article titled Mother convicted of killing her 4 newborns which reports that “a Dutch woman received a maximum 12-year prison sentence Tuesday for smothering her four newborns in an effort to conceal her pregnancies and keep up the appearance of being a perfect daughter.  The woman, identified only as Sietske H. in line with Dutch privacy laws, was arrested last year after the babies' decomposed bodies were discovered in four suitcases in the attic of her house.

Both these cry out for immediate justice for those children who did not have a choice in the matter.  Drug dealers and those who live by the sword, do so out of choice and elect to live that way.  These children did not have that choice nor had they the opportunity to even choose.  To proclaim your dominance over another is one thing but to use that dominance to make life and death decisions over those you have total control is another.  These individuals and others like them should be marched directly from the courtroom to the electric chair without passing go and without collecting $200.00.  That’s just my opinion and I could be wrong.
