The world is going to hell in a hand basket  simply because of God’s children have grown far too big for their britches.  The arrogance of man has spread from father to son, mother to daughter for centuries, decades and eons.  It is passed down from generation to generation and diluted with a belief that to honor one you have to dishonor another.  The offspring’s fail to learn from the lessons of the parent. God is our one and only father, we were made in his image and thus are only a spirit.  The body our spirit occupies was made from dirt and clay so as the body decay, the spirit remains.  During our existence within this fragile shell, we can grow in spirit and become the child God knows us to be or we can choose to limit our expansion by following the selfish impulses of mortals. In a nation claiming to be so Christian, we surely ignore the most glaring thing of all.  If you are truly a child of God then you were made in his image.  His image is a spirit; a spirit has no skin color so why does this one fact escape us all?  It does so because that’s the way evil wants it and as long as we are willing to be led by the nose by evil, then that is the only way we will see it.  The differences in skin tone are due to pigmentation, pigmentation necessary to protect your body from external factors period.  What defines you is not the outside or anything else evil wishes you to believe.  What defines you is how you conduct yourself day by day as a child of God but before you make any attempt to feed the hungry and house the homeless, you need to perform one very important act first. First please allow me to say that I was one of the most argent detractors from those people that I referred to as “eggheads” when they first came out with this thing about “parental involvement” being necessary to help children develop better.  I was one of the ones who claimed that it was just a few “know-it- all ” who was attempting to shift the blame from educators and teachers doing their jobs.  After seeing evidence of this just a few days ago and thinking back to all the times this happened that I did not capture makes me wish now to ask all those for their forgiveness because I was wrong. He burst upon the scene in July of 2004; prior to that Barack Hussein Obama the second was a little known individual who had recently won a seat in the Senate.  After that speech, many begin to see him as a potentially rising star in the Democratic Party.  They saw him as someone who could motivate and capture the imagination of many.  They saw him as a connection to that base of Democratic voters who had been feeling disenfranchised for so long and a bridge to bring them back into the fold.  They saw him as an advantage to stand on stage with and hold arms with for no other reason than to advance their own cause.  For those who were not of the Democratic Party, they only saw a black man who was articulate, well-groomed and would make a good preacher.  What none of them saw, except a few, was a man who stood for something, had a pretty good idea how to obtain it and was not going to let anyone or anything be the reason he did not achieve.  The only ob...
