  My wife saw this article and decided to share it with me because she knows just how the actions of many claiming the title of U.S. Marine has been making some erroneously bad choices and doing untold damage to the universally wide image to the title MARINE.   I find it quite humorous when I hear people claiming to be one thing or another.   Claiming to be a republican, a Democrat, or an Independent but the thing that seriously bothers me when people claim the title of Christian and yet act like a total hypocrite.   Throughout the history of this nation, or any nation, there will be things that leaves us with a sense of pride and things that we would rather choose to hide but history itself teaches us that if becoming a more perfect union is what we truly desire, trying to hide or erase our bad actions of history is not and never will be the proper way to go.   When people say “the truth” they often are confused as to what this truly mean.   Many will tell you that there are but two ways to do things, the right way, and the wrong way when really there are quite a few more ways.   These other ways are often hidden from the view of many because they are never recognized or unacceptable to suit our idea of the truth.   A brother Marine asked me “Why does the African-American community vote Democrat?   He asked me if I could try to explain it to him and below is my explanation.
