If anyone is wondering why America seems to be falling behind the rest of the nation’s when it comes to new ideas and fresh technology, wonder no more.  It is as simple and plain as the nose on your face but few have the spine to say it to your face except for me.  I am about to tell you all about yourself America and I warn you now, you might not like what I have to say.  You can ignore this if you wish but I know that you know what I am about to tell you are the truth and only the truth will set us free. The reason America seems to be falling behind is because we have stifled the one and only propeller of forward movement we have as a nation.  We have stifled creativity and innovation.  We do this by making the rules to invent and innovate apply to only those who either have the resources themselves or a rich uncle hidden somewhere in the wood pile.  You have to either know someone with deep pockets, have been born in a family that has deep pockets, ...

I know that as soon as some of you read the title of this article, you either knew exactly what I was talking about or you became a bit upset and angered by it.  Either way, it is time that someone said what many have been thinking for so long but for one reason or another, could not find the words.  I, apparently, do not suffer from that same fate. Here is how hiring managers display their guilt in legal discrimination each and every interview.  They enter with a preconceived idea of the perfect candidate, knowing full well that this perfect candidate does not and never will exist outside of animation or a machine.  To select this perfect candidate, a few criteria’s are set-up and guidelines are established to get to this perfect employee.  All of these set-ups and guidelines are already flawed because they are constructed by flawed individuals.  Let’s face it, we are all flawed, if we are human so anything we construct will also be.  What spurre...

Everyone is now running around trying to find a way to stop these shootings but as we have spoken about before, you will never completely erase evil.   All you can do is get up every day and fight evil where ever you can find it but even this is not the real lesson of the Navy Yard shooting. The real lesson and results will be even less and less of minorities getting government contracts and clearances.   When the Navy learned about the shooters issues and failed to correct the problem, they laid the ground work for many more former veterans who wish to acquire small businesses and get government contracts to be denied for no other reason than mistakes made early in life especially if they are black.   Think this is nonsense, watch very carefully in the on-coming days and you will find that this is not a figment of imagination.
