The Myth of Marriage

Many people claim that marriage according to the will of God is between one man and one woman.  Because so many say this and are supposed to be experts in this subject, most of the world follows right along, but what if I told you that this is really not the will of God but the will of man.  Will you then open your eyes and realize that man has a habit of replacing God’s will with his own in order to justify his greed and unquenchable desires.  What if I told you that marriage is not a godly institution at all and is all made up by man.  Would you be willing to pick up the Bible and check for yourself or would you choose to continue to stay clueless?  You probably would because I keep saying what if I tell you or show you and by this, I give you a clear excuse to ignore what I am writing.  You are given a convenient excuse not to even take a few minutes to check out what I am saying.  Well fear not for we thought of that and instead of listening a...

The Age when our Children go wrong-The War for Control of your Kid’s Soul Continues

Yesterday, Wednesday, November 10, 2010, I accompanied my mother to court to be there for my nephew and her ward.   We had been instructed that court would start promptly at 9 am Central Standard Time and we arrived with plenty of time to spare.   Should have known that things were not going to go particularly well because the first voice we heard as we stepped off of the elevator on the 4 th floor of the Winnebago County Court House was the voice of a bailiff informing those collected that only the parents of the accused minor would be allowed into the courtroom so those who came for moral support would have to wait outside.   I did not care too much for that proclamation because I know that walking out into a situation like that for a young man is a stressful time and the only comfort one can feel at that time is seeing a familiar face.   It’s probably the one time where family can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt their love for that minor and the minor can see an...

Save the Children

On December 19, 2007, I filed a complaint with the US District Court of Northern District of Illinois against the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and their representative.   The nature of the suit was violation of Other Civil Rights 440.   Here’s the story. On or about August 22, 1996, I took in four foster children who also happened to be my nieces and nephews.   In March of 2005 the oldest girl ran away from home.   DCFS was notified and the only thing that they did was discontinue guardianship payments that I had been receiving for her.   In March 2007, I received notification that I had been “indicated” for suspected child abuse and/or neglect regarding this child.   I fought them and won, the case was then deemed “unfounded” and the child were able to return.   Before that happened, I sat down with this child and made sure that she understood the rules in my home were law and they were unbreakable.   She agreed to p...

Proposal to Jail Michigan Parents for missing Parent Teacher Conference misses the Mark

It’s not often that even I can clearly see how some in the judicial system can over-reach.   While I admit that ninety-seven (97%) percent of these over-reaches are full of good intentions, they still lack the consideration of those that they will affect.   A County prosecutor’s plan to jail parents who miss parent teacher’s conferences is more than just extreme, it is criminal in itself. “Under the law, parents are legally bound to their children until they reach 18 years of age. Guardians are obligated to provide for the mental and physical well-being of their young ones.”   “Under Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy’s plan, a parent convicted of a misdemeanor for missing parent-teacher conferences would be facing potential jail time.”   “Should Worthy’s plan pass, parents in Wayne County would be required to attend at least one parent-teacher conference a year.”   “If the first meeting is missed, a letter will automatically be sent requesting a new conference...
