No Fly Zone causes a recalculation of strategy by Gadhafi forces
Before I even get started, I must first inform all that I am in no way a mind-reader or sage of any kind. I am however able to see more in a rose than just the fact that it’s a flower. Recent events and news articles have made me come to a conclusion that the primary plan of Gadhafi’s forces has been dealt a serious blow by the UN resolution of a no-fly zone combined with the approval of using any force necessary to protect Libya’s civilians. The first indication of this was the report from an Associated Press article titled 4 New York Times journalists found in Libya. In this article it is revealed that the journalist were “ captured by forces loyal to Moammar Gadhafi” it further reported that “the last contact with these journalist had last been on Tuesday and that they will “be released Friday.” This information leads me to believe that it had been the plan of Gadhafi forces to hold on to these journalists to record their successful crushing of the rebels...
