The Beauty of a Trump Presidency

Let’s not get it twisted and make no mistake, I have never been and will never be a Trump supporter but now that the choice has been made, it’s time to put away the pitchforks and torches and get down to the business of this country.  Regardless of how you feel either way, we still have a job to do as Americans and that is making sure that we minimize any and all damages by those we choose to lead us or those chosen to lead us by others. If you think that this election was stolen by the Electoral College, as I do, then the first thing we have to do is make a decision.  Do we remove those who made this choice or do we remove the power that they used to make it?  These are our only real choices because sitting around and complaining about the results will get us nowhere accept more frustrated, angry and exactly where those who have always believed that America was not the land of opportunity we claim all over the world.  If you think that those who voted for him w...

A Broken Justice System-The Fox guarding the Henhouse

The American justice system was designed so that all who attend would receive a fair and balanced judgment.  All would get fair and balanced treatment but like all other things man tends to control and screw up, so goes our justice system.  It does not begin and end with the cops on the beat nor does it begin and end with riches being the primary resource necessary.  It simply begins and ends with those in authority failing to remember that justice is blind, that all are innocent until proven guilty and that all deserves the same amount of respect as those in charge demand.  It simply begins and ends with those at the top.  If the boss is setting an example of intolerance, then those under him/her are also going to develop that way of thinking.  To lead by example is the primary ingredient necessary for a decent society and the true mark of a leader.  Not having it means that fixing this system was died long before it was even born. In an article ...

Reforming the Justice System must begin at the top

Talk to anyone who is familiar with our current justice system and many will point you toward reform but that is typically as far as the conversation goes because those who seem to care still are not sure how to go about making the change.  Some strongly suggest starting at the bottom where crimes are committed and those committing those crimes come in contact with the system but all that is mostly done there is a change in the law or procedures.  While this is and could be a good thing, it does not go far enough to make those abused by the system whole and no amount of money will ever return another’s lost dignity and self-respect.  Once you are arrested, you immediately have a record and nowhere in the remnants will there ever be the outcome of your case.  A bad arrest will show on your record just the same as a good arrest, so now the dreams, aspirations and goals of someone who were abused by the system are just as tainted, stained and tossed as someone who ...

The Demonization of a Nation

Since the beginning of time, man has always separated themselves into categories.  These categories were defined by those making the separation and seemed to always amount to them placing the group to which they belonged as higher than all the rest.  This idea is borne out by history beginning with the mentions within the Old Testament of the Bible about the Pharisees and Sadducees as those with whom God only speaks and the words or rules that they expound should never be questioned and seen as coming directly from God.  It is borne out by even Moses writing within the Bible that only those from the tribe of  Levitt  can be called as priests and it continued  with the Native Americans, the slaves, the Irish, the Jews, women and so many more groups of people not viewed as equal.  This kind of thinking still remains prevalent today and has even been documented and made true by our past, present and current history books. This idea allows evil to mak...

The Hidden Truth Behind all Crimes

Greater minds than mine has called themselves studying this dilemma regarding the primary reason or reasons behind why crimes are committed and if you check on their progress you may find a few strange and mysterious reasoning’s to include but no limited to a defective brain, destined by DNA, criminal mothers or fathers or just plain bad people.  Today’s great minds have now concluded that it is more about the over-whelming desire to have the better things in life with money the only real avenue to that dream and some may settle on the over-whelming lead level in the local drinking water causing mental and physical impairments that so far, a pill cannot cure. All these may make sense to many and seem fine to accept by others but there is another truth behind all crimes which many fear to admit and hide to avoid personal responsibility.  It is said that the primary reason behind crimes is the opportunity to commit it but think about it.  We believed this at one time e...

Graveyard Bullies and Adrenaline Junkies releases another demon spirit upon the world

Sometimes a story comes along that makes me see so many different avenues of what it may truly mean that I sometimes don’t know exactly how to phrase them and then comes a story that seems to encompass all of them at the same time.  This is one such story and it comes via an article titled “ Police chase ending near Route 38, I-39 ends in suspect suicide ” posted by Audrey Moon on WREX dot com.  She reports that “ The Illinois State Police and the Ogle County Sheriff's Department say a suspect committed suicide after a police chase stemming from a car-jacking that ended at Route 38 and Interstate 39 near Rochelle in Ogle County.  Officials say DeKalb Police saw a vehicle stolen in an armed car-jacking traveling on Route 38. Police pursued the vehicle westbound on 38 until the vehicle was initially stopped with vehicle stop-sticks.  However, the suspect continued to drive, leaving the highway and stopping in a nearby field. Police say the suspect then shot himself....

Moody America

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed just how moody America has been lately.  I mean from politics to parenting and all points in between.  We hear people talk about a slight willingness to change their minds about anything except their core beliefs and principals but even those things are flexible depending on the right amount of influence used to alter their belief or principal.  Here are a few examples I have noticed and see if what I am trying to say makes sense to you. There was a group of young black boys calling themselves representing “Black Lives Matter” who was witnessed harassing a combat veteran at some restaurant.  As the veteran stood up and was walking out of the restaurant, one of them struck him in the back of the head and then he was robbed of at least $400.  Now for those who stand with “Black Lives Matter” and support their cause, you must now decide if every action by those who claim to support the same group you do depicts who you ...

Evils first act was to take over of Justice System good job so

In the beginning, judges were set up to administer justice by counseling and being peacemakers between those who had a dispute.  They were supposed to be above bribes and godly which is where wearing of the dress/robe may have come in.  They were supposed to listen carefully to all sides then find common ground, make the ultimate decision where both parties walked out of there with a slight win and all would be fair and balanced.  That was how it was supposed to work so what happened to that concept now. According to Exodus Chapter 18 Moses’ father in law, Jethro came to visit, saw him spending morning to night helping to settle people’s disputes among them and when asked called himself a judge to dispense who was right or wrong.  His father in law gave him some advice and told him to choose capable, godly, honest men who hate bribes and appoint them judges under him.  They could decide and hear the smaller cases but if the case was too complex or complicat...

Even Ignorance cannot save you from this Unbalanced Justice System

You ask me why I say unbalanced justice system and I simply have to answer, pick up a local paper, magazine or turn on the news and look closely at those stories reported that are similar in circumstances.  If you are able to see the difference in reporting and the results then you may understand why I say unbalanced but if you cannot then maybe it’s just me who is unbalanced. Take this article titled “ Chicago man convicted of murder for giving teen niece gun used in fatal Facebook confrontation ” written by Jason Silverstien for the New York Daily News  In this article it talks about an uncle giving his niece a stolen gun and escorting her to the home of the girl she ended up shooting.  In a court of law, he was convicted of murder for his ignorant judgment of giving his niece a gun and going with her as if this was the adult way to handle any dispute.  How I see this as unbalanced is Tamir Rice is dead because someone gave that officer who was seen as unfit b...

Gun Rights pale in comparison to another right the Right to Life

For all those wanna-be bad asses in America that think the only way to solve a problem is behind the butt of a gun, let me ask you a few questions.  The true meaning of ownership is that which you can take with you wherever you go even in death and since none of the material things you covet, you are able to do that with, what is it that you truly own.  In death, all you will be able to take with you is your soul so why is it not the most important possession to protect?  Why do we pretend that what we purchase is worth the life of another person when it is not something we can take with us where ever we go and why is it so important to pretend to care about the plight of man on one hand while pulling that trigger on another man from the other?  How many of you would be willing to be responsible for the taking of 10 lives simply because you were so set on ridding the world of all those who don’t think or act like you. I asked this because I ran into this article...

Mother faces Manslaughter and 8 year old faces Murder only doing what he was taught.

Stumbled upon this article titled “ Boy, 8, faces murder charge in beating death of Alabama toddler as child's mother partied at nightclub: authorities ” written by Nicole Hensley for the New York Daily News and was mystified to find that more than just the mother of the victim and the 8 year old boy was charged.  Would have thought that the mother of the 8 year old would also be charged with nothing less than neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The article reports; Katerra Lewis, 26, has been charged with manslaughter in the death of her young daughter. The girl’s mother, Katerra Lewis, left Kelci Devine Lewis alone with five children overnight as she partied with a friend at a night club on Oct. 11. The 26-year-old found her only child unresponsive at a Birmingham home the following morning. The murder charge was announced against the boy Tuesday, AL.com reported, making him the youngest such suspect in Jefferson County in recent memory.  A 6-year-ol...

Parent and Police join forces to Murder 6 year old Boy

Found this article on Cop Block dot com titled “ Louisiana Police Shoot 6-Yo Boy In Head Multiple Times Killing Him ” written yesterday and needless to say, I will not stay quiet on this one.  It is reported that “ The shooting on Martin Luther King Drive in Marksville happened at the end of a pursuit and involved multiple city marshals from Ward 2, Louisiana State Police spokesman Trooper Daniel “Scott” Moreau said. Louisiana police kill 6-year-old boy in passenger seat of fleeing car. 6-year-old dead in wake of shooting in Marksville involving city marshals.  It happened about 9:30 p.m. Nov. 3 on Martin Luther King Drive.  Preliminary indications are that city marshals from Avoyelles Parish Ward 2 “discharged their duty weapons at a vehicle at the conclusion of a pursuit,” says a statement released by state police.  The child was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver is in critical condition, the statement says.  Personnel from the investigative arm of state...

Catholic Priests now Police Officers History repeats itse

Take a few minutes and scan over this story titled “Broken system lets problem officers jump from job to job” written by Nomaan Merchant and Matt Sedensky for the Associated Press and tell me if it does not sound familiar.  I liken this to the story about the Catholic priest who was reported to be molesting altar boys but was never held accountable by those in supervisory positions and shipped out to other churches where they could continue to rob children of their childhood. The story reports that “A yearlong Associated Press investigation into sex abuse by cops, jail guards, deputies and other state law enforcement officials uncovered a broken system for policing bad officers, with significant flaws in how agencies deal with those suspected of sexual misconduct and glaring warning signs that go unreported or get overlooked.  The AP examination found about 1,000 officers in six years who lost their licenses because of sex crimes that included rape, or sexual misconduct r...

The Most Ignored Reason our Justice System is failing

There is a very soft rumor of many now truly beginning to take a serious look at our adult and juvenile justice system.  Some are just now discovering that which those unable to get past a particular point of poverty have known for years.  Both the adult and juvenile justice system sucks and does not work half as well as it should for all Americans.  They see where those with enormous resources can get their voices truly heard in court and considered long before the verdict but when it comes to those who are not privileged with the funds to purchase the assistance of the best attorney in town, their voices are quickly silenced and often never heard at all. For those just now paying attention, their focus is on the length of sentences or if the judgment set down by the courts really does fit the crime.   Their focus is on whether you can get more time selling crack than you get selling high end cocaine or heroin.   No mention of how those providing...

What you did not see in yesterday’s Coverage of Baltimore

So much has been made about the rioting and looting seen in Baltimore, Maryland Monday, April 27, 2015 and many had decent questions and concerns but to a person those questions and concerns still remain because nothing was done to address them because so much energy was spent trying to make sure that yesterday was not a repeat of Monday.  All those meetings and not one to address the true concerns of those living in that community.  All those resources and not any of it was lent toward fixing the problems those citizens endure each and every day.  All that news coverage and nothing solid to help those who live and love that community feel better about their community.  All that money and none of it to be used to locate more jobs in that area or secure local financing to where those from that community to borrow and grow these jobs with a services that they know is greatly needed in that area.  So much time, effort and money wasted on reacting to an issue inste...

The Messages sent by the Rioters and Looters of Baltimore

All across the television we saw peaceful protests being combined with rioting and looting, many of us thinking that all that violence was a part of it.  We watched as those facing the cameras had all types of descriptions to justify the actions taken and excuses of why it happened.  We heard from people who say that they were angry about the violence being perpetrated upon their community and how they lack closure because nothing seems to ever be done about it.  They say that if only we would have accountability and hold those responsible clearly responsible then this type of violence would not befall a city.  They say that it is because the schools fail to provide all children with a way out and a way up, that what is learned in school is not sufficient to give a child the dream of being all that they can be.  They say all this, yet as we watch the video of the rioting and looting, none of this appears true and it is time for the truth. Who ever said that...

My Biblical Reason for Abolishing the Death Penalty

For quite some time now, I have been trying to convince people that we are much more than this man-made shell and that the reason to never fear death is life for us does not end with an earthly death.  We are and always will be a spirit and our true selves is and always will be our soul and since God is the only person who can kill the soul, anything that man does will only affect the shell which houses this soul that we call a body.  Until that day, that God determines what the results of our existence upon this earth shall be, we shall remain captured in our man-made bodies or in the cases of murder, killings and capital punishment, existing in spirit.  My desire to express my thought of getting rid of the death penalty is clearly defined within the below mentioned article simply because when we commit this act we get rid of the body which houses that soul and if that soul is dark, angry and evil, our actions does not provides the protection of society that we claim....

Is St. Louis County Police Chief purposefully making the Race Relations Progress Harder?

It’s not hard to figure out just who may be pulling for the City of Ferguson to finally find closure in the shooting death of Michael Brown and who may not be just listen closely at those whom a microphone is placed in front of.  Much of what may be said will clue anyone who is scarcely even listening.  From where I am standing, it appears that the majority of the residents of Ferguson, Missouri would like nothing better than the recommendations handed down by the Department of justice be followed as closely as possible and the people of Ferguson finally receive that service and protection that all Americans, regardless of color or economic status deserve but as life would have it, there are still those who seek nothing but destruction and not constructions.  Bad things happen in our lives everyday but those who are righteous shall always find a non-violent way to deal with it and even come away with a lesson to insure that this particular savagery of a nation never happ...

Even the Thin Blue Line limits it Acceptance of the Shades of Black

I have often asked the question of what does those who support wrong think is going to happen once the target of that wrong is done humiliating and degrading them.  Do they think that their task will be over and everyone will then move on to bigger and better things?  There is a story originated by CNN affiliate WFSB reporting “an anonymous letter bitterly insulting African-American officers was recently found in mailboxes at a Connecticut police station.”  It said that this letter specifically mentioned an Officer Higgins who did nothing to restraint the police brutality caught on tape and even joined in on the misconduct.  The fact that he was acquitted on those charges and this letter being found says to me that he may have spilled his guts about the other officers involved and therefore needed to be reminded of the power of their Police Union.  He joined them as many under the hood of a white sheet did but now he is a target so what does that say to the res...

Practice of Greasing the Skids so Cops can stand above the Law Exposed

I and so many others tried to warn millions that there were more to the recent rash of cops acting as judge, jury and executioner than met the eye.  We attempted to educate you that there was more than that thin blue line that gave some cops the arrogance to see themselves as above the law and beyond questioning.  Well for those who doubted us, take a look at this article titled “ Outraged and Indicted Officers Declare War on Patrick Lynch ” written by Will Bredderman for the New York Observer and now say that what you were not warned about has any truth to it. The article mentions “a slate of insurgent Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association trustees and delegates—three of them under indictment for their involvement in the 2011 Bronx ticket-fixing scandal—announced their intention to unseat incumbent President Patrick Lynch and his reigning ticket of union officers.  Led by hulking Brooklyn South trustee and Lynch rival Brian Fusco, who is not in any legal trouble, the “...
